I’ve been in the program since October 2024, after spending time with a career coach. I had to act on my Rightmove obsession, stumbled across a Reading property meet, and decided to enrol—an ‘if not now, when?’ moment. At the time, I had two properties in my portfolio and needed support to grow. Since joining, Adam has helped me raise more finance and secure my third property. The guidance and network within the program have given me the confidence to explore even bigger opportunities for the future

I used to run a swim school teaching 600 pupils a week, and I loved it. Before meeting Adam, I had invested in training but still lacked confidence in my numbers, which held me back from buying after my first two purchases in 2014.I realised I had more to lose by not taking action, so I joined Adams programme. Since then, I’ve gained the courage to make offers, explore multiple strategies, and push myself out of my comfort zone. The program has shown me what’s possible, and while balancing it all is challenging, I know I made the right decision to move forward.
